Founded in 2016 and based in Berlin, GESTALT Automation GmbH is an industry integrator for AI-based smart inspection systems. The company develops, integrates, and industrializes intelligent inspection solutions for inline and end-of-line quality assurance in industrial production environments. GESTALT combines modern sensor technologies with artificial intelligence methods to implement real-time, data-based quality checks. The goal is to evolve quality assurance from reactive control to a transparent, economically measurable, and predictive process. Its core competencies include AI-supported inline and end-of-line inspection systems for detecting defects, contaminants, and deviations directly in the production process. A particular focus is on hyperspectral imaging in conjunction with AI.
